Coaching
You can state your prefernece. Some people prefer the coaching style, and others don't. You can say upfront whether you prefer the coaching or the counselling style. It's about the way you want it to happen.
Coaching is all about changing how you feel. We do this based on facts rather than theories. Coaching takes the focus off sitting down to talk about how bad things are. Instead, the focus is curiosity and moving forward.
The coaching process is set up for forward momentum. There is homework that is directly focused on your goal. We investigate before we act. We do not assume that one size fits all. During the sessions we get the ball rolling. Long after the sessions are over, you will keep the ball rolling.
To get started, four coaching session will make a difference. Further sessions can be spaced out over time for maintenance.
Coaching Outcomes
